Begin to explore the Plan and Assess components of eTeacher 3. Build, collect, share and transfer curriculum units and resources to enhance your long-range plans. Identify assessment strategies and recording tools to track achievement. Create and modify curriculum and learning-based rubrics and interface using a Palm with eTeacher mobile. This portable feature permits on-the-spot entry data. Assess tasks as they happen. Use a PalmPilot to track the achievement for individual students.

Using mobile technology to improve student achievement: research and results.
Now that technology is becoming practically accessible, educators are making the real connections to learning (their own and students'). There is now documentation on the influence of technology on student achievement and proven pedagogical practices and it is advancing our understanding of the ways in which learning is developing.

Another element of this discussion is the growing impact technology is having on changing the learning environment as a whole and on students' affinities for learning.
